Hera paced. Huffed. She restlessly left her homey and warm den, only to have entered slightly chilled morning air. The spring, the only water source for a radius of two miles lied directly in front of her den; the alphess' den. This concerned her. She had no doubt in herself, her abilities, but what concerned her was that she was alone. A pack could come and wipe her out. Drive her out of her precious territory and leave her homeless. With such a small but plentiful territory, she was always concerned. There was no doubt she could support herself out here, along with a large pack. And that was what made it dangerous; it's venerability.
She sat down front of the endlessly deep perfectly blue water. It was deadly for those who did not know how to swim, but was and endless water source that managed to maintain a constant warm temperature. Because the temperature of the air was cooler, steam rose above the springs and hovered above it about two feet above the surface. She rose to her powerful paws and made her way out of the trees that encircled the den and springs, leading to a field. Two deer sprang away into the distance as they heard her trudging through the forest, not concerned about hunting today; not yet.

Rising was bored. She decided to explore the other territories. She saw a colorful forest ahead, and decided to explore there. She cut through the headwinds like a fire devouring dry leaves during the fall. She soon found the trees lessening as they opened up to a field. How wide and beautiful! But it's emitting such a strong aura.. What if there's a nearby pack?Rising thought darkly. Don't be silly. It's such a beautiful field with such a pure and strong aura that no such evil wolf would come to such a good and wholesome place. Anyway, it's bound to be a nice pack if it's such a joyful field.She thought as the wind comforted her with a almost welcome feeling. She suddenly saw another wolf nearby a beautiful spring that emitted mist that contained as much power as the guardian rocks at her den.

Her audits flicked, then paused. A wolf near by. Only one though. Hera relaxed. She was easy on new comers due to the lack of pack members, but they always made her nervous . . .
She rose slowly onto her haunches, and carried each paw carefully but with strength toward this new wolf. She smelled young, but defiantly old enough to fend for herself, even a pack.
Hera stopped her motions abruptly, and looked at the femme from about six yards away.
"Hello." she said curtly, and with power. "What brings you to my lands?"
Usually wolves come for a rest stop on journeys, mentor-ship on their abilities, or even predicting what they will have. Everyone in these parts knows of her capable power and deadliness and doesn't usually want to challenge her alone. She was also admiral for her wise and peaceful nature at her young age of merely four. Hera just assumed it was another dream filled wolf wondering if they had any abilities, just like all of the others that had previously passed through these parts with their egar, later disappointed parents. It was special, to have even one of the weakest powers, and most didn't have any. Powers to the extent of what Hera had was said to be so unnatural she wasn't even a wolf . . . not one of them. She merely shook her head though. They would never understand the burdens she must carry for the rest of her life . . . [/blockquote][/blockquote][/color]

Wow. This wolf was mystical. Rising could tell by the strong aura this shaman wolf emitted. It was strong, with a mystical pulsing. She knew that this wolf had quite a collection of abilities, even at a young age of 4. She was still a shaman type of wolf. Rising wished to be something of a wolf one day. She hoped this wolf was nice enough. But her aura was staggering. Others would not sense this strong aura, as they were not born at twilight, which was a special time when all the aura of living things was magnified then faded to weak, and slowly regained aura when the day continued on. She felt the overwhelming strength from even 6 yards away. She stood up and walked toward the mysterious shaman wolf and recited.
"I am new to this land that is shaped by the mother wolf herself in the skies. I wish to know the shape of the landscape and the shape of the earth we walk on. You are wise and I know this because of the great aura you radiate. You emit wisdom in this land and I wish to know the great land we walk and stand upon right now. Please share your wisdom with me" Rising said breathlessly. She kneeled in front of the wolf in front of her. She looked up at the wolf.
Her eyes are gold, but the light that shines through show somewhat like small constellations. But she looks like she carried many burdens in life. But I can tell that she has a heart of pure gold, like this field's light like the lively fireflies that float during the summer nights near the fields she once lived.

"There is no need to bow . . . nameless?" she smiled. "I am Hera, for future references."
The femme remained sitting. This wolf was willing to learn but was tiring too hard to impress her. She wanted to say, you know, I want to be normal and find a mate and have a family like the rest of you, but I'm more like a relic to most of you . . . sometimes I like normal treatment . . . . . . sometimes.
Hera knew, however, that this was unlike her nature, and her inner whinny pup was wanting to come out, so she merely shifted on her paws.
"So . . . can you do anything?" she added, trying to make the conversation more laxed.

She quickly stood up and corrected her posture so that she was eye to eye with Hera. She spoke in a normal voice:
"My name is Rising, I don't know, its just my name because.. Well, I don't really know. Anyway.. I can read auras because i was born at twilight, where the aura of things, living or not, increase in aura. My mother was killed by a black wolf. She was the only wolf i had left to live with."
She sighed as she finished her sentence, wisps of mist floating up from her mouth.
On that happy note, aura reading comes to all that were born near or during twilight. I was born right on the rift where day intervened with night.She thought as the wisps floated into the air.

Hera;
Hera carefully considered what the wolf had said.
"Interesting . . . " she said, making it obvious she was still thinking over everything. Hera was physic, but she hated using that power voluntarily for many reasons. She had a hunch that this wasn't the only thing this wolf would eventually be able to do, but she didn't want to look at it now. At the moment she was slightly focusing on a break of a twig, special because this wasn't natural for Hera's territory . . . another wolf.
Agony;
He walked forward. Stealthily. As silent as the night, large muscles flexing under a neatly groomed silky coat. His ivory teeth were concealed and his power was concealed as well, as his position would easily be given away.
A break in the trees he was surrounded by was only just ahead, and because he was down wind he smelled others. Femmes. Agony paused at a bush and remained concealed, eyes darting over them hungrily, concealed in the foliage.

Rising lifted her head as she detected a new aura. Powerful and stealthy, and the aura concealed hatred, but she was a strong aura reader, and she detected hatred at the core of the aura. The wolf was also male, and he seemed dominant. She laid back her ears in terror. What if the male was to go against us? She faintly growled as a twig snapped so slightly, and the aura was getting closer. She growled at the pile at foliage that has somewhat rustled when the aura concealed itself in the foliage. She felt that invisible pack surround her again, with all of the rankings at attack.

Hera;
Rising looked tense, but Hera remained calm. As she growled, the femme merely stood still.
'Relax,' Hera thought to Rising, showing off one of her skills. Rising would be hearing this in her head, and would hopefully think it wasn't her imagination. 'I'll take care of this. You won't have to move a paw.'
The femme stood and walked back towards the springs, and continued to walk until she was completely concealed by the mist.
'Leave. Now.' she communicated with the intruder telepathically. Hera remained hidden by the mist, debating on weather or not to shape shift. A simple lion would suffice, but she hated exposing more than one of her gifts to untrustworthy wolves. There could be dangerous consequences.
Agony;
He waited. Watched. Stunned by the beauty of the two white wolves. How ironic. The younger one looked tense, and managed to growl in his direction. Strange. How did she know where he was? Agony was puzzled as equally with the one who looked more like his age. Was she deaf, or just ignoring him?
Regardless, he needed to make his appearance more . . . Friendly.
He was about to show off his dashing good looks when strangely real words struck his mind. "What the h*ll?" he howled aloud, running into the clearing. He found himself only inches from the younger wolves' nose, and backed away quickly, knowing that he could easily have his throat ripped out.
"My apologies, miss." he commented, still freaking out over the disappeared wolf and the strange words in his head.

Rising relaxed a little when she heard Hera's voice echo through her head, knowing that it was just a telepathic message from Hera, as she sensed many talents. But she was startled as the intruder ran into the clearing, about 9 inches from her nose. She stepped back and studied the wolf carefully. She sensed that he was just freaked out by Hera's telepathic message that she left. She could sense Hera shifting if she were to use another skill, perhaps turning into a simple beast to make a false charge at the intruder. She overlooked the intruder, as if not sure what to do with him, then replied to his comment,
"If you were to sneak on upon us again, you would surely perish. Don't think of doing that again. Anyway, what brings you to this land?"
